At Sonic Power, we put the focus on the ultrasonic partner. We do not release an assignment until it has been solved to the satisfaction of each individual ultrasonic partner. The sense of responsibility is not defined by time, but means that we put ourselves in the position of the ultrasonic partner. We make demands on each other, and therefore everyone is entitled to demand a good working environment, clear objectives, information and valuable feedback, as well visible and supportive leadership. We expect individual ultrasonic partner to take responsibility for their tasks and show a positive attitude towards finding the information and knowledge necessary to ensure that the task is resolved to the satisfaction of the partner.

Humor is the basis of the creativity and confidence, which we want individuals to have in their environment. Being a ultrasonic partner of Sonic Power must be a good experience and produce a positive feeling. This means that it is fun to go to work.
