1992 Founded the company as Sonic Power, where he only was making horns, fixtures and service on all brands of ultrasonic welders, in our old factory.

The company policies back then and now are that our customers employ us and therefore if our customer has a problem we have a problem.

1995 The company began the first production for our customers, because as every customer knows, when they get a new tool, they use a lot of time getting the parts to run.

After getting the parts to run in production our customers comes for one day, learning how to set the parts up and then they put it up on there own machine.

At that time we where using 60% of our time on the road getting the parts to run and a lot of lost production time. We are only used then 5-8% of our time getting parts to run at customers, with minimum lost production time. 5 employees.

1998 Social responsibility. Do to the fact that we were making a lot of parts for different customers, we then had to think about personal policy. We started to employ people, which have physical and mental problems. 10 employees.

1999 The company ran the production for customers that did not want to have there own production.

We made production from start to end including packaging for some of our customers. 12employees.

At that time we started to rent space outside, with all the lost time it gives.

2000 The company made a structure change, so there were 2 companies. One making tool and machines “Sonic-Power A/S” and one making production / packaging “Sonic-Pack ApS.”. 17 employees.

2001 We implemented an electronic company to finalize our own equipment. 29 employees.

2002 We bought an old factory on 15000 square meters so we had everything under one roof. 44 employees.

2002 We signed a contract with Koege Kommune which is the local parish, concerning the social responsibility.

2003 Soled Ultra Sonic A/S and the production with a total of 134 employees, to be able to, dedicate more time and complete the development of the new ultrasonic generator.

2004 Moved to Germany, so we could get experienced ultrasonic generator people on board.

Developed the first high power transducer for 30 kHz and up.

Worked closely together with Germans ultrasonic’s manufactures, for implementing the European ways of thinking for control and design of generators.

We were not after 3 years able to get the German manufactures, to change there minds about how the generators should be controlled and therefore we split up and went separate way.

2007 Came out with the first prototype together of the digital generator and started initial test at end users, fully made here in Germany. The new generator is now a match of the Asian design the European design and the American design how to control the frequency of the generator.

This has given the biggest frequency window seen in the ultrasonic history. From 11 kHz up to 150kHz.

We changed some parts in the generators to make then able to work in constant voltage, which also gave constant amplitude.

2007 The first year where we made our generators and 500 transducers + the partnership has proven to work to the benefit for us, due to we were able to provide the partners with a full product line,

We had then over 34 partners around the world.

2008 This year we also tested the next generator of our digital generators in our lab, which brought us more in front than we feel we were.

We had 52 partners around the world.

2009 We have finalized the fully digital generator and were making 3 different models.

2010 We launched the generator with new design, both inside and outside, do to some heat problem in continues run.

The generator can then run for 24 hour without getting hot, plus the frequency tracking based on the original idea, are able to adjust the frequency in 0.5 Hz on the phase shit curve. Also the tracking was changed so the generator could pick up frequencies within 6ms over 500 Hz away. This new tracking system makes the generator able to run with numerous transducers / stacks, so one generator easy can run with many different without the need to re-tune.

This is the first time ever seen in the world, in this speed and also we changed so the initial scan comes from below and up, since we found that the mirror frequencies are all over the correct frequency, so with this we eliminated numerous problems at the customers,
